Ingredients

7 pieces Yuanxin Breaded Oysters

1 Baguette roll, 8-inch

1 ounce Iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 cup Crisp onion laces, fried (flour mixture for coating: wondra flour, salt, pepper and paprika)

1 ounce Honey mustard sauce

 

Steps

  1. Fry oysters in clean oil at 350°F for 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Toss thin sliced onions in flour mixture, coating well. Shake off excess flour. Fry onions in hot oil for 30 seconds or until golden and crisp.
  3. Horizontally slice baguette 3/4 of the way through. Sprinkle shredded lettuce in baguette.
  4. Placed fried onion laces in baguette, then top with fried oysters.
  5. Place honey mustard sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over the top of the oysters.
