Ingredients
7 pieces Yuanxin Breaded Oysters
1 Baguette roll, 8-inch
1 ounce Iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup Crisp onion laces, fried (flour mixture for coating: wondra flour, salt, pepper and paprika)
1 ounce Honey mustard sauce
Steps
- Fry oysters in clean oil at 350°F for 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss thin sliced onions in flour mixture, coating well. Shake off excess flour. Fry onions in hot oil for 30 seconds or until golden and crisp.
- Horizontally slice baguette 3/4 of the way through. Sprinkle shredded lettuce in baguette.
- Placed fried onion laces in baguette, then top with fried oysters.
