Shrimp Fried Rice 鲜虾炒饭

Ingredients

8 oz. Yuanxin tail-on shrimp, thawed

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1/2 diced white onion

4 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup diced green pepper

1/2 cup diced red pepper

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Fry the white onion, green pepper, red pepper in one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry them for at least two minutes, until the onion is translucent, and set this skillet aside.
  2. Use a different skillet filled with one tablespoon of vegetable oil to fry 8 oz. Yuanxin shrimp. Fry them for 3-4 minutes, until they are no longer pink.
  3. Place the shrimp and rice in the skillet with the vegetables and cook them over medium heat.
